A two-storey villa
– The ground floor of the villa has a spacious living room with sitting and dining area that flows into the beautiful and well-equipped open kitchen with island. There is a utility room (with separate entrance) for the boiler, washing machine and dryer. The space under the stairs has become a handy storage space and there is a separate toilet. On this floor there is also a bedroom with ensuite bathroom and the bedroom offers access to the spacious covered terrace.
– The upper floor has a spacious bedroom with custom-made dressing table with cupboard space, a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. There are two more bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes, and a bathroom. All bedrooms have access to a terrace; the largest bedroom even opens onto a spacious terrace and from the entire upper floor the view is spectacular. Not only the view towards the mountains and over the almond trees, but you can also see Pinoso. You see the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets here.

Outdoor area
On the spacious terrace of the house is a swimming pool of 8×4 (can be used with both chlorine and salt). The garden is generously planted and beautifully landscaped with, among other things, many (flowering) plants and shrubs. A large part of the plot has almond trees. You can also enjoy apples, olives, pears, apricots, figs and cherries from your own garden.
In the outdoor area there is a cozy outdoor kitchen, an extra toilet, a shower, a carport / canopy (two cars), a recently purchased pergola and another casita. This houses the batteries of the solar panels.
The outdoor area is completely fenced and has two entrances; one side via an electrically operated gate and an additional exit at the rear that leads to an unpaved but easily passable road.  

Amenities
All windows are equipped with screens and mosquito nets. A beautiful wood-look tile has been used on the floor for a warm look. There is a wood stove in the living room for warmth during the colder days and all bedrooms have ceiling fans (pull warm air up or give cold air on warmer days). In addition, there is central air conditioning (hot and cold).
The solar panels with batteries ensure a low energy bill.

Pinoso has all the daily amenities available, including supermarkets, schools, a medical centre and sports facilities, as well as a wide range of restaurants. Both the airports of Alicante and Murcia and the beaches can be reached within an hour.
