This neat home is truly ”spacious” and offers a fantastic opportunity to live there with a large family, host family or friends, or set up a home office/shop. The house has a main entrance on one street and access to the patio on another, allowing you to enter from two different levels. In total, the house has three floors, with the top floor boasting a spacious roof terrace.
The house
: The main entrance leads to a spacious foyer. This was once a bakery, and characteristic details remain. There is access to the ground floor, and the rear section provides access to the upper floor. This rear section houses a large room that can be fully furnished to your liking (see our photos for some impressions). At the rear of this space is an enclosed terrace.

The lower floor has a living room with an open-plan kitchen, adjoining a spacious pantry. Three rooms are accessible from the living room. Two rooms are currently converted into double bedrooms, but the dividing wall can easily be closed up again, creating three bedrooms on this floor. Of course, one of the rooms could also be used as a separate dining room, for example. There is a bathroom on this floor and access to the cozy patio. The patio is partially covered and has a separate barbecue area where the washing machine is also located. It is a wonderful place to enjoy life in Spain.
Then there’s the upper floor. This floor features three bedrooms and another large room that could easily be converted into two. : Pinoso offers all daily amenities, including supermarkets, schools, a medical center, sports facilities, and a wide selection of restaurants. Pinoso offers many walking, hiking, and cycling routes and is surrounded by almond, olive, and vineyards. The atmosphere is friendly, and Pinoso offers a wonderful balance between traditional Spanish culture, beautiful nature, and modern amenities. Both Alicante and Murcia airports, as well as the beaches, are within an hour’s drive.
