The grounds
are accessible through a gate on a paved road. There’s plenty of space to sit in both sun and shade, and the views are evergreen, thanks to the surrounding mountains and the pine trees in the garden. Ample parking is available on-site.
The house
The house is accessible via two entrances. The first entrance leads into the spacious living room with a sitting and dining area. The cozy fireplace provides ample warmth throughout the house during the colder months. Above the fireplace is a bread oven. The living room provides access to two bedrooms facing the terrace. These bedrooms have windows and built-in wardrobes. Two more bedrooms are located in the cave section of the house. The living room has built-in wardrobes. The kitchen is accessible from the living room and also has its own entrance from the terrace in front of the house. Adjacent to the kitchen is a pantry. Finally, there is a bathroom (with a window).

Both Alicante and Murcia airports, as well as the beaches, are within an hour’s drive.
