A brief description of the property: on the ground floor you are welcomed by the impressive kitchen with integrated Bosch appliances that can seat up to 7 people. From here is direct access to the large living room and dining area. The unique windows that face in all directions bring fantastic views over the landscape and lets in all the natural light in to the villa. From here there is a terrace facing west for the evening sun and a large terrace leading out towards the pool and Jacuzzi area. On this level, there are also two bedrooms, a gym and a bathroom. The gym can be made into a 6th bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

On the first floor you enter the master bedroom which has its own en-suite bathroom containing a deep bath tub and a private large terrace. Again this room has panoramic views across the mountains. One of these bedrooms has direct access to a large terrace which faces south west to enjoy the beautiful mountain views including watching the wild birds like eagles around the protected natural park.
