The grounds:

An electric gate provides access to the fully fenced, spacious grounds. The garden area surrounds the villa and is planted with, among other things, many almond trees. There is a carport and ample additional parking. A garden shed provides storage, and there is also a stone shed by the pool. This spacious shed includes battery storage for the solar panels behind it and offers ample space for a fitness room, for example. Of course, a swimming pool – with a surrounding terrace and outdoor shower – is a must. A very spacious gazebo is situated by the pool, and this covered area with a kitchen/bar area offers a fantastic spot for long summer evenings, perhaps with paella or tapas accompanied by a delicious local wine; the bodega is located nearby.

The villa:
The villa is accessible from both the living room and the kitchen. A terrace runs around these entrances, and the area near the living room, in particular, offers a cozy spot to enjoy the view. The living room has a sitting and dining area and has additional doors leading to the terrace. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen opens onto the terrace, leading to a staircase that leads to the generous roof terrace, which offers expansive views of the surrounding mountains and the charming Cañada del Trigo. The villa has three bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. There is also an additional separate bathroom.

Amenities:
The villa is connected to electricity and water. Solar panels with batteries ensure minimal monthly energy costs. The villa has air conditioning for heating and cooling. There is also a pellet stove. The windows are equipped with screens and mosquito nets.

Cañada del Trigo:
The villa is situated on the edge of the village of Cañada del Trigo, surrounded by mountains, almond groves, vineyards, and olive groves that create a peaceful, rural atmosphere with Spanish charm. The beautiful countryside offers numerous walking, hiking, and cycling routes, and for those who enjoy hiking, there are several bodegas. The charming town of Pinoso, with all daily amenities, is nearby, and larger cities such as Alicante and Murcia (both with airports) and the beaches are a 50-minute drive away.
