The grounds:
The fully fenced grounds are accessible through an electric gate.
There is a spacious garage, and the area between the garage and the house is covered, providing shade for two cars. The garage could also easily be repurposed, such as a home office. At the rear of the house are two additional storage rooms, along with a shower/toilet.
The swimming pool is situated on a raised section of the garden, and there are several pleasant areas in the garden where you can sit in both sun and shade and enjoy the Spanish lifestyle.

The house:
The single-story house has an entrance on two sides and ample space for a large family or, with a few adjustments, for two people. There is a very spacious kitchen/diner with a pallet stove that opens onto the terrace. This kitchen leads to a hallway that provides access to four bedrooms and a storage room. Another hallway provides access to the bathroom, another bedroom, and the kitchen. This section also houses a very spacious living room with a cozy wood-burning stove. Finally, there is access to a generous room (an extension of the house) that offers ample space for both a sitting and dining area. From this room, there is access to the terrace at the front on one side and the terrace with swimming pool at the rear on the other. An external staircase leads to the spacious roof terrace, which offers fantastic views of the surrounding area.

Amenities:
In addition to the aforementioned heaters for heating, there is also air conditioning (hot/cold). The house is connected to water and electricity. The windows are fitted with screens and mosquito nets.

Location:
The house is situated in a very peaceful area near the villages of Algueña and Pinoso. It is a beautiful rural setting where the Spanish atmosphere is still evident. There is a market twice a week in Pinoso and once a week in Algueña. All daily amenities are available nearby, including supermarkets, schools, a medical center, sports facilities, and a wide selection of restaurants. There are many walking, hiking, and cycling routes, and the area boasts many almond, olive, and vineyards. All this in a wonderful Mediterranean climate. Both Alicante and Murcia airports, as well as the beaches, are within an hour’s drive.
